What motor? I had a 2016 with a 5.3L that had nearly 4000 engine hours on it. Mileage was around 205,000 when i got a new truck.

My 2022 with the 2.7L has around 800 hours on it now. Right around 42,000 miles.

My 2020 is at 1200 hours with 32k on the ODO. I've never paid much attention to the hours, so I am not sure where that metric puts me in the grand scheme of service life.

Lots of people doing lots of different types of driving with their trucks...      25mph average on mine,   52.5 mph on yours...

Oh yea, my truck was a long hauler, lots of highway miles. My new truck is as well. I cover 5 states in the southeast and do quite a bit of driving for work.

What is diesel cost now in that god forsaken state? I hear our country only has a 25 day supply left of diesel fuel, have all of you with these engines thought about what you are going to do if a long term shortage hits?

Diesel is roughly $6 a gallon. If there is a shortage, then not only am i in trouble, but every single commercial good that needs an 18-wheeler to transport will be out of luck. Because of that point and that diesel takes less refinement to make than gas, it shouldn't be an issue.
