NO they won't work. It is expecting a certain resistance in the BCM and if it doesn't see it it will hyper flash the turn signals and throw bulb out errors. You can get aftermarket lights that are LED and have resistors on them that will work with OEM Halogen light trucks.

2022 LTD LT has halogen taillights. If I replace, will factory LED taillights work on my truck without re-programing? Thank you.

You just need this - 2019-2023 GM Truck LED Taillight Harness – Gen5DIY

LOL $168 resistors! Plus add in the $1000 cost for OEM LED taillights! GEN5DIY must be raking in the dough for all the idiots that buy their overpriced wires/relays/resistors.

Coming from the person who posted that said you can't do the factory LED tail lights at all and OP needs aftermarket lamps...

I'd gladly take $168 of nicely made plug and play parts over cob jobbing some resistors into the stock wiring with scotch locks like I see every other truck at work.

You can't just replace halogen with factory LED. That's what the OP asked. I wasn't aware of the plug in wiring hack job from GEN5DIY. It's cheaper and easier to just to aftermarket LED lights that have the resistors built into the housing or wiring.
