If enabled they are supposed to stay enabled until disabled by the driver.

We have more than one vehicle with the feature, and they all stay enabled.

I rarely turn intellibeam off.

One of the situations I do is I want high beams at speeds below where intellibeam will activate them (25 mph)  or keep them on (12 mph)

We have intellibeam on more than one vehicle and they all behave as advertised.

I'm not aware of a mode that only keeps it active til the vehicle is shut off.

On my 22 ZR2 intellibeam stayed on after turning it on even after shutdown And restart. Then after a DRL recall done via OTA. Intellibeam needs turned on after each restart. Some others on a ZR2 forum have said the same happened. No sure why GM did this? My intellibeam isn’t that accurate. At times it goes from high to low an back to high repeatedly on signs houses etc. My 17 Subaru was more consistent.

The Itellibeam is more accurate on my '23 truck than my '20 Traverse. Less high/low cycling when in town than the Traverse.

Same as on my 2024 Silverado 2500HD w/ the LT trim. Set it & forget it.

Has anyone had oncoming traffic flash you thinking you had your high beams on? I've had it happen twice since getting my truck this past September.

The 1st time was when I was following an early 90s Dodge pick up. The oncoming driver probably thought my low beams were hi beams after meeting the Dodge & its sealed beams...

The 2nd time was approaching the village I live in on  the highway. It was someone in a small sedan. Are the low beams that bright?
