I'd get the front wheels off the ground and see if you have a bad hub, tie rods, busted belt in a tire, etc.

Stop driving that truck please. It's for your own safety. 

 

Looks like the top control arm bushings or ball joint are toast.  Definitely jack the truck up and put jack stands underneath.  

 

All you really need is an inch off the ground. 

 

Do you have any pics of the front suspension parts?

To check ball joints put the jack under the lower control arm as close to the wheel as possible. Push pull bottom and top of the tire then take a pry bar and try to lift the tire. If you jack anywhere else the spring keeps tension on the BJs making it impossible to check them
