Chassis Lube

Hello:

 

I posted this on the Silverado board for mine but I have a friend who asked me to do this to a '98 blazer lt.  Does anyone know where the lube point are on it.

Welcome aboard!We have a lot of good people around here who can help with any question you have so make yourself at home.

 

Off the top of my head,the front end lube areas are ball joints,tie rod ends,center link (I think one on each end of it),idler arm,and I think there may be one on the pitman arm too.

 

That's a good start and if I left any out I'm sure someone else will add to it.

I think theres only 4 zerks.  I recommend using High Temp grease.

IT may be different than my truck if it isn't 4wd but mine has a lot more than 4 zerks on it.
