Sorry summitXMK, I don't recall ever seeing any shops.  The only convertable trucks I've seen are the Dodge Dakota's that came from the factory (I guess) that way.  I looked through some of the magazines I have for some advertisements, but no luck.

Uhh cut the top off?  Just kidding!  Check out any issue of Truckin'  They usuallly have adds for companies that sell the covertable conversion for a pickup.  As for a blazer, I think it would be really cool to see one done up, but it would involve a lot of work.  I think any reputable body or custom/rod shop could make/install a convertable kit.  A blazer would probably run about 3 to 5 thousand, maybe more.  Hope this helps.

Actually I have a 78 Blazert and the Top is Off as we speak. Of course I have to bolt everything in with locktite :) My roomate has a ranger that he has had for ever. It is a two wheel drive and he can't do much with it but slam it and he is not into that. So I told him I would check on that. I think that the best would be to make it so that the top comes off like a Blazer because at highway speeds in the winter the hard top is alot warmer.  That is what I want to do with my 67 chevelle when I get to that point. It will be a hard top coupe that is removable.
