Where does this F-bracket go?

I just finished replacing my power steering pump and all is well, except I have this F-bracket (P/N 15041964) and I don't remember exactly where it goes. Does anyone have any idea where it goes or does anyone know where I might find a diagram of it so I can put it back in the right place?

 

It should go somewhere near the power steering pump (if not on it?) or on the engine?

 

Please help me if you can.
