Alright first off im not sure if this is the forum I want. I didn't see another that fit my problem better though. If this post doesn't belong here please let me know.

 

Ok, to the problem. I am purchasing '83 GMC (3/4 Ton 4x4 350 V8) that has recently lost the 700R4 that was in it. I would like to install a '93-'94 New Venture 4500 5-Speed manual.

 

I need to find out what T-case the truck has, its currently 220 miles away so I can't check the tag on the

T-case. If any of you have an idea on what may be in it please let me know so I can start looking for an adapter(If needed).
