Minnesota Roads Suck For This Reason (salt)

we have had some snow in the past few days, but the snowplows i think are a little trigger-happy laying the salt down.

 

This is just from driving to school and back TODAY!

 

 

Makes me sick everytime i look at it lol. Time for a wash!

Yep, my truck looks just like that. Oh, and guess how much snow we got? A f*cking half inch. It didn't even stick on the main roads, but they still loaded the crap out of everything with salt. And I didn't get to protect the rust on my frame yet either. F*CK.

 

If we got some actual snow to justify this, I wouldn't care, but for a half inch? Damn.

Mine too. My truck looks awful. We've gotten about three inches over the last week here and there. They're burning through what little salt they have right now.

They're using salt very sparingly here. To the point that a lot of roads still have a sheet of ice from over a week ago. Still my truck looks like crap. It being black doesn't help any.

Welcome to winter, after going to east jesus and back for a Xmas tree mine looked like crap. Had to wash it when it was only 17 degrees out, now its dirty again! Just cant win I guess. A trip north this weekend wont help much either!
