Just wanted to finally sign up after using this site for a lot of research before I actually bought my truck. It's an 09 GMC Z71. I've followed a lot of threads as a lurker, and now that I had a chance wanted to sign up and become a little active in this community. I'll try and post a couple of the pics I took as soon as I brought it home about 3 weeks ago.

Thanks for the welcome, all! When I found this forum, I would look on here more and more, and it has about doubled since I actually bought the truck. All the suggestions are great, and everyone is really helpful. I can't wait to join the rest of you and add some mods onto my rig. I've started small with the K&N air filter, Husky Liner floor mats, and a drop in bed-liner. And don't worry I won't let Daddy persuade me to the darkside of debadging :lol: Although, I think the GM emblems on the door will go, and I don't think the world needs to know or cares very much that I'm driving an SLE....damn, I cracked.... :uhoh:

Well, if you're going through the effort of removing the SLE and GM chicklets, you might as well just get rid of the SIERRA and the Z71! :lol:
