Time to start a new build thread. Ask one of the mods/admins to sticky it. This should be a very cool thread!

I haven't been on much lately, but I've been getting a lot done on the T. I'm finishing up the chassis this weekend so when my wheels and tires come in on Thursday I'll be ready to drop in the motor and transmission. I ran the front brake lines yesterday so all I have left to do is run the rear brake lines and convert the rears to disk. As soon as the motor and tranny are in I'll set the body on and start doing all the cutting and trimming to make it fit and put all the proper holes in place. If I can get all that done next weekend I'll send it out for paint next Monday.

Thanks everyone! It's been an enjoyable build so far. Never worked on a chassis like this so I'm finding out as I go along. It'll be looking like a real car by this weekend, with wheels, tires, motor, tranny, and body all in place. If I finish trimming the body quickly and have time left I might even be able to fire it up this weekend.

The pizza delivery guy tonight hung out for quite a while checking it all out. :D

I met an older neighbor from down the street the other day when he stopped to see more of it. He told me I have the coolest toys in the neighborhood. Others have driven by and given a thumbs up out their windows. And it's still just a chassis on jack stands! :(:sigh:

We'll see how cool the neighbors really are when I start driving it to work at 6:30am with open headers. :( I'll try to be quiet.
