There is a real simple explanation here.

 

Fred put Slick 50 in his engine sometime before the big incident. You can run without oil forever after you use it.

 

Fred also says that his Splitfire Spark Plugs and fuel line magnets added 85 horsepower and 21 MPG!

 

After he installed his Tornado and Throttle body spacer, the truck runs without gas.....
