4.3 Swap To 5.7

ok i need to know if the wiring on my 98 4.3 would hook up to a 5.7 from the same year

and could i just swap out the prom in the pcm to hook up

i answered my own question it won't

injector harness no good

but will the wiring harness off a 5.7 truck from the firewall

work with my 4.3
