Goodbye Salt And Dirt

Finally got a warm morning to wash the new Silverado. Here's some updated pix with the new Ionic Voyager steps, GM OEM mudguards, the GM from "curb catcher" removed and the freshly named truck, WOLFY, thanks to my kids . Thank goodness the snow is ALMOST gone.

Isn't it crazy what a new car smell will make you do? Supposed to rain/snow all next week, but I couldn't stand to see her like she was.

Looks Great! I can't wait to do mine. I bought it a week before our first storm so I've got a few months to go. I run it through the touchless car wash but it's dirty again before I get home lol

I saw you had NC plates and it looks like you are in the mountains judging from the hills, trees, and snow you mentioned. I have a place over in Fleetwood right near West Jefferson

Mine has sat since January 15th. Yes it was a warm Saturday, I washed it and parked it. They throw soo much salt down around here for the littlest amount of snow. It's crazy. I've been driving the ole' Tahoe since. The weather is getting alot better so she is going to start getting driven more now that I can wash it regularly. (I need to update the avatar from when it was dirty.)

What can I say...Wolfy wanted to be a superstar that day. I really am liking this Taupe Gray color. It has a nice dark tone but isn't nowhere as hard as black to keep looking good. Now if the salt truck could stay parked for a few months all would be well.

They recently stayed parked here for a couple of days and then it snowed more. That's why my summer car never comes out before the latter half of April.
