2007 GMT900 1500 wheel bearings

Well, after replacing my upper balljoints with cognito's upper arm kit things have been going to smooth and well, Lower ball joints are on order now through napa,My hubs are starting to make some noise after 103xxx miles... I have come across either GM's from gmpartsdirect for 300 shipped PER side, or i can go with a timken set up for 123 per side from rock auto.. Would you recommend a timken versus a oem GM one? i dont want to sacrifice quality but i do know timken makes some amazing bearings as i do have them in my rear end now after i got my 4.10s and LSD installed.

I think some (if not all) of the OEM bearings ARE Timken bearings, but I could be wrong. My 2006 came from the factory with Timken bearings.

my mystery clunk/pop is driving me up a wall!, i have cognito UCA and i replaced my driver side lower arm due to this mystery pop/clunk in the front end while turning into driveways or out of driveways, i can also replicate it by driving 10mph+ and shaking the steering wheel back and forth, i can feel it in the floor and hear it from outside with the windows down, im curious if this is my hubs going now? I do get the vibration from them if i drive over 80mph, so im curious if they are loose? Iv jacked up the front end retorqued every bolt possible and checked to see if there was any play in anything, i could'nt find anything abnormal. Would worn hubs making a poping noise when the truck articulates?
