intermittent starting [no starting] problem

after driving long enough to reach normal operating temperature and stopping, will not start if you try to restart within [some times] 10 to 20 minutes , after waiting ,20 to 40 minutes vehicle starts normally.

check both fuses; good

here's what I've done; checked for codes, no codes either when working normally or in no start mode

cleaned and changed the battery connecters; cleaned and reconnected all the grounds I could find. changed the starter relay with one that i knew was good. while in the no start mode checked for power at starter, no power, replaced ignition switch. no help. replaced neutral& park switch. no help. when in no start mode has power to the crank fuse. Pls help I'm out of ideas ?
