U joints tuesday that ended up being a 5-6 hour ordeal haha, then it needed a new master cylinder friday. And it turns i've been riding with no shock on the front drivers side. The shock extender bracket was sheared in half maybe thats why my truck vibrates so bad at 65mph. Hopefully this will be it for a month or so

I bet it's will ride a heck of a lot better with new shocks. I had a friend in a frontier that had a shock rear break off. I told he he needed to immediately replace them all, no shock can add dozens of feet to braking distances and I helped him do it that day(all original and it had 140k miles, truck was badly neglected). He was blown away by the difference it made.

Looks nice.

I changed my oil when I got up, It was about a quart low, black as my fireplace, but not sludgy or thicker than it should be. I did the math and I went 14,090 on it. I will go back to about 10k intervals, with all my highway driving the DIC usually tells me around 10k

I sure hope so man! I had to go 80+ the whole way back so it wouldn't shake so bad!

Those shocks were shot i could compress one all the way with ease!!

I just gave my 78 a jimmy oil change after it had sat for 5+ years, talking about some dirty oil!!!

Replaced all my o2 sensors from Bosch to denso. Solved the trouble codes I get every time I drive the truck. I will also be getting my bilstein 5160 shocks for the front tomorrow. Hopefully next weekend I can install them and crank down a bit to make it ride better. My uncle rode with me and he said my truck rides night and day compared to his Excursion. Funny cause I think it rides like crap

Mine rides great until you go down a country back road or off into the woods. Then you can feel the uca smacking the bump stop. Shorted out a headlight last time I went in the woods. As long as it's on flat ground it's super smooth lol

Apparently my bright ass led license plate lights aren't bright enough to see my license plate? First he says they're off then he says oh I now see they are on.. you really had to run my info for that? I watched two of his little buddies knock off two other cars doing nothing as well... bored cops.

You drive a lifted, loud red truck. Get used to the attention.

Forget to mention: While i was still in my apartment complex literally on my way out to make the 3 hour drive home for summer break a girl (i know her, she's in my major) backed right into my truck even as i laid on the horn. Well we got out and checked out the damage. Her back end of her 4runner was caved in, she couldnt even open the swing up door haha. My truck? No damage at all thanks to my Warn Trans4mer. Best 300-400 bucks i have ever spent on my truck. It has saved my front end countless times
