What did you do with your truck/shop today

Today or tomorrow I'll be using it to get my Bird back. Hopefully driving the Bird back.

 

Wednesday will be hauling the Bird back if its not done.

Finally back from the road trip to California. Another 5k miles on the odometer. My truck is still full of crap to off load once I sign the lease on the new place. Then the fun of emptying out the storage unit...ugh!!!

Also I'm past due for an oil change so I've got to get that done as well.

Got off early and took her fishing. Went to a creek and lake but didn't catch anything. Went to my buddies pond right up the street and caught 3 smallmouth and 3 largemouth. Haven't caught a fish out of that pond in a couple years. Two of the largemouth were nice size. Scratched the paint up running through tall grass. Not too worried about it

Failed miserably at changing the passenger side cv axle on my captains 2010 dodge ram. That stubborn thing just would not come off the mid shaft. Even broke a pry bar in half!

It was taller than what's pictured in other parts of the field. I went looking for a mud hole we had but sadly it was all dried up. You can't tell it got scratched anymore cause of how bad the paint already is lol

Moving to my new place. It's off a dirt road and with the rain storm we had last night the truck is filthy again. At one point the truck stopped moving forward but tires were turning so some of my stuff got a little mud covered as well.

Returned and picked up a few things at the Depot today. Finished the steps up to the slider from the patio. It'll be nice to spend some nice fall evenings outside with the pups.
