I'm still paying $3/gallon for high test. MA taxes for ya ... and to add insult to injury, most of it is diluted with anywhere from 15-20+% ethanol.

$4.09 for 91 here as of 0800 today..if you think MA taxes are bad, come here to CA . and float a loan every fill up...

I spent a few months in Livermore 14 years ago. It was spendy back then - everything there was! Only took a few months to clean me out.

 

A motorcycle crash didn't help things. The damn Sheriff's Deptartment actually sent me a bill for coming to the scene of the crash! I couldn't believe that one. Got such beautiful weather and scenery there (and RUST FREE 60 year old vehicles!), but a completely communist government. It's too bad - I feel for you guys! God forbid you ever try to use the Second Amendment to defend yourself there ...

Well, after 4 years of reliability my Super Start battery finally bit the dust this morning. I jumped it and let it charge back up, won't hold a charge well enough to start after a half hour. Hoping to replace it with an AGM of some kind.

My understanding is that the super starts are a Deka battery? Been very happy with the one that's finally dead.

I took her for a wash after doing the wheels/tires myself and also cleaned up the interior. I desperately need a better plastic/rubber treatment, I can't stand cheapo armorall anymore.

 

And I finally took apart the engine bay light, sanded down the copper surfaces, and just tested that it works! I had cleaned up the glass and installed a new bulb last winter so it looks great. The engine bay doesn't look half bad either.

 

Up next are the front door hing pins with the drivers side having priority, then also working on sticking door locks.

Google finally uodated the app to give LG G2 support for Android Auto. Yay, get to use it whemever I want now.

 

 

Im still using my G2 since summer is brutal on my phones(besides how I am with them), dont want to hurt my new G4.
