Neither, I don't pledge my allegiance to any specific tool manufacturer

I'm saying specifically for the batteries and I don't have to have 8 different chargers

I mean, they serve different purposes so each battery will have its own charger. How many cordless things do you plan on getting? I believe craftsman has more cordless tools geared towards vehicle maintenance

I don't necessarily need to get automotive maintenance tools. But I will likely get the drill, impact driver, reciprocating saw, and a couple other things. The impact was wanted to just keep with the truck. The others will be general tools

Craftsman will be cheaper, as far as quality I'm not sure. I'm a Bosch guy myself when it comes to power tools, have had them smoking before and I still use them to this day. If I had the money I'd have Hilti or Milwaukee, but don't need high end tools such as those for no more than I use them

Can you explain why 2 keys with built in fobs for a 2011 f150 have to come together. They are expensive and the dealer won't let you buy just one. We have one. The other is at the bottom of a lake

Probably to squeeze the maximum out of you. They will probably not program a third party keyfob either or if they do they will charge some ridiculous price. Just get one on ebay or a reputable locksmith.

That says I need another working key to program it. I have one.

There you go you'll just need a locksmith to cut it for you.

lol my buddy and I went to Del Taco tonight too! Only thing that sucked was the lobby was closed so I was forced to use the drive thru. Also I think only 2 people were working so the wait was quite a bit. Even if I did have a sardine can I'd still hate going through a drive thru, I just don't like being boxed in like that. 98% of the time I get off my fat butt and walk into the lobby.

I don't like people so going thru the drive thru is great for me.

I like Dewalt, but I have a Craftsman 19.2v cordless drill I got on sale at Kmart, and it is a good drill. I have a Dewalt cordless impact and an electric grinder. Both of those are good too.

I just watched a Youtube vid where Eric O. at South Main Auto had to delete and reprogram a set of keys on a F-150 - when he got into the programming part in his scan tool, it's instructions listed 2 keys. Insert key 1, stand on your head facing west and whistle, etc ... insert key 2 and repeat. There was no option for doing just one key - could be why.
