I threw a set of Firestones in mine. Didn't have to touch the spare. Fairly easy install - did it on the dirt floor in my barn in the middle of winter.

I need to come up with a way to use the air compressor I already have to make them automatic fill - need to isolate the tank somehow. Hate to buy another compressor just for that, but that seems to be how they sell those. I ran the lines to shrader valves in the rear, next to the hitch.

Owner tried do repair his Denali cluster himself then gave up after pulling islands of the board.2016-12-21%2010.42.14_zpsjfqtalic.jpg

I ended up re-doing the whole thing since it had other failures.

Somehow USPS damaged my bumper reinforcement in shipping. Confused me since it is a big piece of hard plastic meant to take a hit. But Amazon decided to overnight a replacement since delivery of the "damaged" one wouldn't even be delivered. I'm hoping both bumper braces come tomorrow as well.

In my experience with Amazon sold car parts, it was either a "returned" and repackaged part, or they did it.

It took them six tries to get me four correct working struts/shocks.

When one was defective I had to teach them their own policy on defective car parts sold BY Amazon.com. their policy was to replace them themselves, they tried to tell me to deal with AC delco directly

I might take mine to the car wash this week. Maybe. :happysad:

It's almost pure white with road salt. Never oiled it this season either. :nonod:

In my little shop today I was quite busy...

Started with the repair of a 2005 Envoy FOB ( 15008008 ) ant the aftermarket Auto Start he had for it.

Then sold and programmed 2 FOBs ( 15186200 & 15186201 ) for a 2003 Sierra

Then a 2005 Silverado HD diesel cluster in OEM colour. You can tell it's diesel by the 5K Tach, gas is 6K RPM.

The this guy brought all of the families key FOBs for repair for Christmas.

2006 Silverado ( 15186200 ), a 2005 Allure ( 22733523 ) and his daughters 2006 Malibu ( 15252034 )

He always has the itch. I'm thinking we should start a pool to see which one he replaces first
