What did you do with your truck/shop today

My battery light has been on and blinking every since my alternator took a dump on me and even after. So i disconnected the battery today and let it sit for 10 minutes, hooked it back up. I threw in the fuse i took out from my horn going off and honking non stop unless you held the blinker lever a certain way...which resulted in me breaking my turn lever... So back to my story...i put the fuse in and i finally got a horn back after 10 monthes...Crank my truck up and it runs for a sec or so then dies, did this two more times and the same thing...Foruth time it cranks up and runs fine and each time after that also, whats going on?

Drove to the body shop to let them look at my truck, and get the paper work started. Just have to wait for someone from State Farm to come look at it. The guy at the shop that looked at it said the bedside was shifted some because the panel gap between the tail light and tailgate is off. Went to Dairy Queen and Home Depot after that.

Put my def tank skid plate on. Just had a little trouble with it but it is there now.

I let it rest today.

 

Had a bit of warranty work done to it this week. Replaced 3 trans lines, 1 power steering line and replaced the oil pain gasket. Also had the trans flushed and the diff. fluid changed and the axles fluid changed. Also had the brakes checked and rear drums adjusted/lubed. It is like a new truck again.

 

I had a 2013 SIlverado as a loaner for 3 days and would take my 07 over the 2013. Mine road like a dream compared to the stock silverado.

I drove it to Denny's...wife and kids took me to breakfast for Father's Day. Been driving it everywhere since Friday since I'm waiting on a part for my car (camshaft position sensor went out).

Trying to decide what to do, we are going to fab up an easier way for it to come off but I'm also considering a 15" led bar and mounting it either inside those two holes or below that between the tow hooks
