Not saying it will, I carry a plug kit in my truck after all... Just saying I won't leave a tire like that long term and it may void your tire warranty.

It might but tire warranties are almost worthless. The companies are horrible to deal with and the replacement program/credit is prorated usually so you end up barely getting anything.

I got my Coopers there but I'll never go back to the one in Jackson. They're such hacks. Damaged a wheel and used steel wheel weights instead of ones meant for aluminum wheels. These tires will last till next year though then it's not gonna be my problem anymore with any luck.

I used Direct and had my local garage put the tires on. I was impressed with how new the tires were, according to sidewall 2 months old when I got them. I have noticed if they sit too long they can be harder to balance.

I may stop at the Denton area DCT next time I'm in Dallas to have them siped, but I'll make sure to see if I can find any dirt on that location before I do. Thanks for the heads up.

Scratch that, there's one in Carrollton.

As for the plug the screw only went in maybe 3/8". It wasnt large. I believe the plug just sealed the hole. The tire wasn't leaking air.

What's so special about the 04 crew cabs compared to an 03 or 05- early 07 crew cab? Same body style but in 06 they changed the grille

Sent while drinkin' a cold one...

04 was the 1st year and were only a partial year run. Only 1500 crew 800 series with rear discs also

So 04 was first year run for crews? I always thought they started 1500 crews in 03 after the face lift

They had crews in the 90's though

Not in the silverado/Sierra 1500.

And CJ the 800 half ton crew came in 04. The Denali went crew in 05. Most the 800 half ton crews you see are 05-06

Yeah your right. All of the crew cab gmt800's I've seen are 05- early 07. May have never seen an 04 crew cab for sale

If it is all stock, it will have 16's, if the wheels are changed you can tell by rear discs
