It folds down I believe

That would be my guess.

I broke a fog light mount a few weeks ago plowing through the snow so I ordered a new one from Rock Auto. Also took my cigarette outlets apart to add new covers. Ended up breaking a tab on the one so I ordered two new ones from Ebay that come in the GMT900's. Looks like they'll work after checking everything out.

That was the first thing to break on my Silverado with less than 1,000 miles on the clock, in the second week of ownership. The rest broke one by one not long after. Cheap PiecesOS. Never seen such a flimsy piece in my life. Hope they fixed that problem by now.

Good thing they're cheap I guess. Never broke one in either of my 900's, but I was extra careful because they didn't seem to be the strongest things I've used. Edited by Daryl Z71

Damn $12 I had to replace one and it was less than $5 at the dealer

I was too - and they still all came off in my hand, right at the hinge. Damn things should be .50 cents each - about what they're worth if they haven't improved them at all since '07.

Same thing happened with my Ex's Cruze, but it was with the sun visor. All boils down to cheap plastic junk.

Installed a freshly rebuilt alternator. The ole' 105 amp kicked the bucket at 160k. So $75 dollars later I'm sitting with a fresh power maker. Now to install the new belts since they have 100k on them.

Was looking at new plug wires as well. Man the original AC/Delcos are expensive.

Did you check out Rock Auto?

Can get a set of Densos on there for about $40. Delcos are almost $12 each.

I always run NGK personally. No Bosch though, too many issues I've had with them on truck parts. Make good drills, not so much for vehicle parts in my experience lol
