It's definitely a projector but to my eyes the color temperature is wrong to be HID.

Time will tell. I bet the front end is gorgeous. The rest scares me. I'm not going to jump the gun and "jump ship" yet until I can see one in person.

I absolutely hated the gmt900's for the 1st yr or 2 then they grew on me, hence I own a 2012

This. I remember when everyone hated and bashed the GMT900 looks, and after a little while everyone seemed to like it.

The doors look odd

Probably to help reduce the amount of snow that falls into the cab when you open the doors in the winter.

Well I just hope and holding on for the grand unveil. Hopefully we will all be pleasantly surprised.

Anyone know when the SUVs will be updated? Wonder what they will do and improve for the Escalade?

Truck trend has a shot of a Yukon XL or a burb don't remember.

I didn't "hate" the 900's when they came out, but was VERY disappointed! I thought the 900 suv's & avy looked great. And thought the truck should have had the same front end as well!

It is probably just me but the front reminds me of a Ford, the cab of Dodge and the rear of Chevy.

I agree, but the tailgate has a spoiler look like a Dodge as well. That cab is so Dodge its crazy.

Did anybody else notice the center sliding split rear window? Finally.

That feature is on this generation of trucks too...

I have no use for sliding rear windows myself but to everyone who has commented about the one in these pics being small, I agree but I think that is intentional- the "cutout" for the slider seems crude. That has to be a false panel of some sort.
