Will be a while. Have to move soon so the money that would have gone to Parts is now being put towards the $3000 extra it will take to get into a new place

Oh I hear that brother. I'm still looking at a 10k lb. lift I bought 6 months ago, sitting in my driveway on pallets. Excavation for my new shop cost 4x more than planned, the building itself cost 4x more than planned, and the vinyl siding job cost double what I had planned. Now I have a great new building, with no floor ... 15 years of savings, gone in a blink!  :sigh:

Got a few more junks to fix before that gets poured.

I'm THIS close!

Disassembled my Camaro SS, it's ready to be stripped and smoothed.  Just need to get some close to matching yellow. If it goes well I'll do one or two more for my kids.

(Repainting a hot wheels to match my car  )

And tonight we get our first Tornados of the year! It's a record, never taken this long since they have kept track.

I used to deal with JP-8. I heard Edwards ran Jet-A from my new boss. I just have to hope the cobalt can last another 3 months

Interesting. The new aircraft must not require the additives in JP anymore?

I meant to say JP-8 too - brain fart!

Well, good thing you don't live in the Northeast - something would be guaranteed to break on the Cobalt ... usually suspension and steering related.

3 years old next month. 33k miles on it. Meguiars Ultimate sealant it's entire life every 2-5 months depending on the weather. Zero paint chips thanks to xpel(well there are some on one fender. Lesson learned, cover the entire fender). It has Always started, and the original wiper blades even still work great.

aww what a cute little girlie car!

Well, it is my wife's car so....

My war on bugs is starting it's second week tomorrow. Got them out of the house in about four days, taken the battles to them. They have been feasting on 4 Terro stations outside for 4 days now I have been refilling as needed, it won't be long now. May put down my second insecticide in as many weeks in the next few days. I had set out a buffet for them, 4 different brands with different base ingredients. Terro is BY FAR what they prefer. Hot Shot is a little too potent, kills before they get very far. Eliminator was completely ignored. Sometimes I see one or two on an Amdro, but it's doesn't hold their interest. Until I coered the bait with....Terro.

This is my 6500th post, huh.

Anyone have any experience with Rotella oil filters? Apparently they're puralator filters according to the interwebs. One of the Walmarts near me has the rto-59 on clearance for $1 :-)

The dealer I bought my Camaro from has 2018 Silverados for nearly 28% off. They have over 40 55K trucks marked down to 40. I can only imagine the prices in 3 months. No surprise they have nothing higher than an LT left right now.
