That is not unusuall in AZ, when I lived there the GM Desert Proving Grounds were out in the middle of no where just south of Mesa. We saw all kinds of cars and trucks running the roads back then. I had a buddy that did test driving for them and he wrecked a car up near Payson one time and there was a car cover in the trunk that he had to put over the car until a wrecker from the Proving Grounds could get there, GM would not let anyone else tow a test car.

Are they production cars or are they test mules?

They kind of have a ferrari 599 gtb look to them, but it is nicely done. I just hope the gave the interior some well needed attention. I just never thought the interior justifid the price tag. Did anyone else notice the tail lights flashing or was it thae camera? I know some of the dealers here are pushing a taillight modulator that flashes the tail lights like a motorcycle.
