Back in a 1/2 ton after 12 years (New Avalanche)

For 12 years I have owned crewcab 2500HD's. I just went from a 2005 Duramax to this... 2013 Avalanche LTZ in White Diamond paint and Ebony leather. In addition to all the great features of the LTZ package my options are power sunroof, HD towing package, integrated brake controller and chrome wheels. (I will probably be hanging around this forum more often now)

Can't wait till spring to see it clean and see that pearl paint in the sun!

nice looking ride. how do you like it compared to the 2500? probably a lot nice to drive and smoother.

yeah thats PA for you, no use in cleaning the exterior of your car in the winter

There is a big difference in how it rides and drives compared to the crewcab shortbed 2500HD Duramax. It is smoother and quieter. The steering is much quicker and car like. I still feel like I own the road behind the wheel of the Av but behind the wheel of the HD I fealt like "King of the Road"!

That's because driving a 3/4 ton plus diesel produces that feeling. Being dodge ford or gm. Hahahahaha
