now we need to remember: the ORIGINAL Concept for the Z/28 way back in 1967 was for it to be an SCCA Trans-Am 2 Track car, and I believe the 2014 Z/28 fits that bill nicely. although I DO agree that there needs to be a Z/28 Appearance Package, which has all the Looks of the Z/28, but not the Hardcore Track Manners. (although I suspect that position is already filled by the ZL1)

Love it, although I think I would prefer the ZL1. I have never been to a track and i'm sure never will be, so I would want a drivers car, one that you can drive on a daily basis. The Z28 is a badass car but by no means is a daily driver. Only having one speaker(although cool for what they are trying to achieve) kind of ruins it for the people that would drive this off the track.

I like the looks of it! It would be hard to live without the sound deadening and I would opt for the A/C. I could live without a fancy sound system.

actually the Z/28 DOES come with a Fancy Sound System: 427 Cubic Inches of Bass Dropping FURY! :P

Everything I have read it is going to be the same price as the ZL1 if not more. Which is out of reach for the average consumer unfortunatley. I guess if you want to play you got to pay.

I like the fact GM would build such a car. The "good ol days" are right now. GM just needs to put the LS7 in the ats-v as well, it would destroy the M3.
