Oh I'm not going to dispute that I'm sure they are and I don't know the facts. All I was saying is for a dealer to have 2011's still new on the lot that particular dealer doesn't move vehicles. I mean I could see the 2012 maybe and for sure the 2013 but 11's? I could be wrong though wouldn't be te first time

GM could have AT LEAST added air vents under the headliner, like the Yukon/Tahoe has..... :shakehead:

Just had a rental 2013 RAV4, the new body style, for half a week. It has a dedicated front vent that that pushes air over an angled part of the dash so it settles in the back row. Clever and saves engineering and costs. Too bad the AC is a little in them.

Every import I've ever driven had weak AC. Don't get why.

My parents had a Rav 4 as a rental a year or so ago. Couldn't even drive it with the windows down or it would blow your ear drums out.

Ive noticed that too generally. My 6 uses a ford ac. My wifes car does fine but that is probably because toyota uses the same unit from the bigger cars. Older german cars had awful ACs.

new ones are pretty nice overall, especially the outside design IMO, looks great in person, the most unfeminine CUV IMO, but obvious cost cutting in plain sight in the interior. Hard dash, 80s style lcd odometer, amd the silver paint on plastic looked splotchy, not even close to a real metal look.

Dealer nearby had 2 new 14's I saw on the lot the other night. Lt's with leather and an all-star package. $43k. Time to start rolling the change in the cup, ha.

Same here. He had the lt 4x4 for 42k. Still not set on the 14s but if they could get me some major rebates in a few months....that'd be great

My biggest gripe is GM only allows you to "order" the black interior with the All Terrain package. Pretty assinine, if you ask me.

And from what I can tell by using the build one on GMC site, if you want an SLE with leather you can only get black leather.??

I never hear so much complaining in my life.

New flash... if you don't like the new truck... don't buy it! 50K is the new norm for a loaded 4x4 crew... look at ford and dodge.. they are all priced near the same. Get used to it.... or stick with your old truck.

News flash.... only a fool would suggest that we should "Get used to - whatever" when paying $50K for ANYTHING! As a matter of fact, only a fool would tell ANYONE to get used to whatever they perceive to be an issue. Hell, given that attitude, we would still be a British colony!

I don't give a dam what ford or dodge do. I have no intention of buying a ford or dodge.

New flash - all the American makes are pretty much the same price...give or take a few thousand. All I'm saying is you better find 50K if you want a loaded 4x4 crew. That's the price, you can't do anything about it.... You don't have to like it.. It's a simple thing called supply and demand.

These trucks ( other makes included) wouldn't be topping out at 50K loaded if they couldn't sell them.

You don't have to pay that much for a truck.. you can do whatever you want. Buy a stripped down toyota tacoma if the silverado/sierra costs too much.

Jesus.. isn't' this a pro GM site??? I feel like I'm reading a Ford forum everytime I log in...
