Excellent truck! I can't wait to see these in person.

And are you keeping the tremendous amount of chrome? Aside from that and the gray interior it's a great package.

Congratulations! Treat her well.

Thank you! I plan to keep it the way it is I don't normally change them for the way I ordered them. Now the carpet like material in the fender wells might not hold up and I will have to change that I'm sure ha..

I really like your truck. Those wheels really set it off. I want the same color. I'm curious of how well the new headlights work. Will all the LEDs I'm sure pretty well.

Ha... No rear air vents. My wife and daughter sat in the back last night and she said it seemed breezier back there. The front center vents really push some air when the a/c is on high, but I'm like you I wish they would put them again in the back.

GM could have AT LEAST added air vents under the headliner, like the Yukon/Tahoe has..... :shakehead:

I got a chance to see one in person yesterday at the dealership when picking up one of my GM vehicles from service. They have really changed the GMC version. It's a great looking truck, the wheel wells have noise deadening materials, the lines of the doors are changed, and the overall look is impressive. The tailgate feature is nice as well. It won't just drop when you let go. it has springs inside to slowly lower the tailgate. Nice.

I didn't drive one because i would have ended up buying it! Ha.

Don't these new trucks require 0W-20 oil? When I picked up my vehicle yesterday and my service advisor told me to go check out the new 2014 on the showroom floor, he showed me an e-mail from their regional manager on the oil and told them to start stocking up and it showed 0W20. Maybe it was a typo.

I like that there is more room in the cab. The rear seats have much more leg room. Saw one this past week in a nice blue.

I'm the same way, I like to get the factory wheels and other options I want etc. and then I don't mess with it. I might get a cover of some type for the bed.

The msrp was almost 47k i paid right at 43k something for it. I also traded my 2010 and came out really good on that end. After everything i came out alright. I could have waited for better rebates/incentives but i figured i would catch those deals next year.

Not bad for new trk model. I kike that color. Does not show dust etc..and cooler for S. Tex. Did they fix the rear cabin vent road noise that was bad in my 09 and most of the CC 900s. You know the noise that make it sound like the rear dr or window is open on certain road surfaces?

Yeah the road noise issues seemed to have been fixed. This truck rides really quiet.

How bright are the under rail LED bed lights. Also must be nice to have a cargo light on a dedicated switch.

Bed rail lights do good for the back area of the bed, the switch turns them on and the cargo dome lights on. The bed glows at night. The only weird thing is the rail lights are led's and the dome light is the regular bulb so u have two complete different colors

looks good and congrats on the new purchase. Now if only GM would offer the 8ft bed with a half-ton crew instead of those dang short things.
