Has anyone seen the boss coilover kits by halo lift? http://halolifts-com.3dcartstores.com/2007-UP-GM-SilveradoSierra-1500-Boss-Ultimate-Kit_p_220.html I would love some feedback if someone has used them on their truck.

I am looking for a 3 inch lift all around that will not mess up the geometry and angles of the suspension parts of my truck.

Lift or leveling kit? Max on a leveling kit is 2.5 that people feel comfortable with. If you really wanting a lift, go at least 4 imo.

i guess your right... with this kit they use spacers though I believe, so will this wear out any pieces sooner than normal? Or would it be bad in anyway on my truck?

i believe they use higher clearance knuckles and some other stuff to make a true lift. I know zone lifts does use a top front spacer. But with bds all your suspension geometry stays close to factory and rides just as good if not better. There really shouldn't be anything that will wear out faster

What kind of MPG is everyone getting on their lifted trucks?

My buddy has a 15 gmc denali with the 6.2 and a 4 inch lift kit with toyo open country tires that are big but not massive.

He said he got 12.5 mpg on a recent highway run which to me sounded crazy, I own a 15 denali with the 6.2 but is just all stock and i have always sat around 20mpg for highway runs.

Is this what others get with their lifted trucks too? or is 12.5 a bit of an alarm

thanks

Does anyone know how I can switch out my front shocks for coil-overs? I have the Zone 6.5" kit with factory struts, but later on i'd like to switch over to coil-over shocks with upgraded control arms.

Yup what he said ^^^. I just did that. I ordered mine straight from zone. But you can also buy them on eBay. After I bought mine I found them cheaper on the cognito website
