got 4) 7443 red and 2) amber for the denali from Carid Lumen plasma LED at very high price $30.PER bulb! their website clearly states:

You may have heard horror stories from folks that have replaced factory halogen bulbs with LEDs only to find these new bulbs caused "bulb out" error messages, worked sporadically, or triggered check engine light. Because your fog lights are controlled by a specific module that is in series with other vehicle control computers, something as simple as an improperly designed bulb can break the loop of data communication telling your main engine controller all systems are go. Lumen bulbs are CAN Bus compatible, and have been designed with a higher level of advanced technology that allows proper data flow – so they'll work right every time with no error messages, and without confusing any computer controls. CARiD also offers Lumen replacement LED bulbs for daytime running lights, parking lights, backup lights, and turn signal bulbs."

Well, installed just right tail iight and flicked on the turn signal... hyper-flash and alert on dash the bulb was out... so their hype is BS. and these bulbs are just ordinary LED that causes issues with low voltage draw. Now I'm in contact with CarId to return them. I am also thinking about going to find a flasher EP29L which is suppose to correct the hyper flash and signal message... A) where is this thing located in the 2015 Denali and B) has anyone installed this EP29L and did it stop the problem? Different sites on line say this item is

not compatible with 2015 GMC Sierra.... WTF... something has to be available when switching to LED replacments ???? any help out there?

thanks

VLED sells a flasher unit for our trucks, goes for $20. IIRC, the flasher unit is located in the fuse box under the hood.

ok, popped the hood and found the fuses, but can't figure which is the one to remove to add the EP29L?

turned on the turn signal with engine off, and can hear the clicking sound, but touching each larger fuse

block, can not determine which one it is. And from the pictures on the internet of the EP29L, they all appear

to be much larger than any of the ones in the fuse block?

in reading the listing of fuses, I can't determine what the name is either???

thanks ahead for any help

Almost certain it is one of the 2 larger ones, or both. Flash signal see which one you can hear ticking or remove one see if it still can use flashers

Edit: nvm, i think those are for something else according to the bottom descriptions.

Sorry I couldn't find it and then gave up on searching for it. Had time yesterday, someone asked for it as well in another thread, so I looked it up in my history.

Edit: just realized its not Samsung, as the other thread pointed out to me lol. My bad, but these are the exact bulbs I have in

Either way these look like their doing the job according to your pics. Probably due to their shorter size?? I think I'll order some.

Does anybody know off hand is the 7443 front turn signals on the Silverado are standard or CK base? I'm away from my truck right now or I'd check.

Anyone swapped out there brake light bulbs for led bulbs and if so what do our bulbs cross reference to so I can find a match because I used the sheet on page one and then checked local stores and this is what we have local b388bff35169bca0ff722b7626e9941c.jpg

But maybe I'll have to order online if i want to go that route

Looking to replace my license plate lights with these:

http://www.amazon.com/JDM-ASTAR-Extremely-Bright-Brightest/dp/B00JIEX722/ref=sr_1_1?m=A126Q4T86JLNL&s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1437014014&sr=1-1&refinements=p_4%3AJDM+ASTAR%2Cp_6%3AA126Q4T86JLNL

Anyone have experience with this seller or this product? I'm only concerned with it flashing or throwing an error code.

Thanks

Josh
