After... new LED Putco grille, halo head lights with transformers symbol engraved in lens, white mirror caps, 49 inch 4th LED break light and tinted tail lights...

 

To come?

Rough Country 3.5" or 4.75" lift, 33" tires (not sure on brand), color match all chrome to white, 17" ballistic jester rims, Black horse push bar, black go rhino side steps, white bushwhacker pocket fender flares (maybe) and corsa exhaust

how did you go about making your chrome black? powder coat or plasti dip?

When I got my truck in 2008. It was mostly stock. GM molded mud flaps, and a snugtop fiberglass bed cover

 

And how it sat before my accident on Saturday

I custom made the lid. I made a tutorial of how to do it with the lid I bought for the console latch since mine was broken. I've worked at a Upholstery shop for 8 years so it gave me the experience to do the work on it, as well as change my seat covers.

Here's a picture of the second one done for the tutorial, which I could post on here if there is interest for it.

Thank you! I always like adding a custom touch to my vehicles, although now I have the extra lid.

New end caps is all. I painted the grille and front/rear bumper myself.

what kind of procedure did you go by to do it? I was thinking about doing mine by myself but I wasn't sure if I should go out and get them sandblasted or just sand them myself

I sanded them with an electric sander and by hand. I also used a self etching primer. They've held up pretty well over the years.
