They look great, as does your whole truck. My new 6.2 has those 18's and I was a little worried since i have 20's now. After seeing yours, I believe it will work fine and 275 70 18 will be my choice as well.

Yeah there's no rubbing at all and from all these pages and doing the size comparisons from people who posted their set ups with different wheel sizes etc etc I found that 275/75R18 would be the max size. I was going to go with those but last minute decided to go with 275/70R18.

For a ref you can got to the site in linking below and see what size compares to your wheel size. When people post what setup they have, as I'm sure you know, won't be the same when they have different wheel sizes. The site below make it VERY simple to figure it out.

Ok been reading for over a week. I'm toast. 160+ pages! Have a question hopefully someone can answer. It's time for a level. Can anyone tell me which would be a stiffer ride...

Bilstein 5100's or the RC 2"/2.5" lift level? TIA

- Cato

I went with the Bilstein's for the fact that I do take my truck hunting so I'll be offroad and didn't want to have my front suspension over-extending. I have read on here from multiple ppl that their RC level rides really well too. I think it's just a personal preference and it depends a lot on your tires as well.

I am going to do the 2.5" RC lift soon (1.25 RC body lift later this year). I would rather have the dealership I bought the truck from do my alignment. Is about 20 miles too far or not an issue.

Thanks

No you'll be just fine at 20 miles. Its when you drive with your alignment out of wack for an extended period of time that you will see improper wear on your tires.

I was curious about eBay having them. I found where you can get stick on cover for the bow tie on the wheel. Is that what you meant? I didn't see anything for the unsets.

For the life of me, I can't find them on ebay this morning. But, they were the black piece of vinyl that you put on the spokes, to look exactly like the pics above with Plastidip.

OK Guys, Need opinions here...

15 Silverado 1500 crew 4x4 no Z71 with 6.2 & max tow pkg, with 2.5 RC leveling kit & 1.5 body lift.

What offset do I need to run BFG KO LT305/65/R18s on Raceline 901C 18x9s?

Tires are 33.5" tall & 12" wide

Thanks!

Nobody runs 305/65/18 tires with leveling & body lift???

My tires measure 12 wide and rub the sway bar at full lock I think they would work depending on how wide those are actually mounted and rim offset

If people say you can run 305/55/20 with a level, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to run 305/65/18. As stated above, it'll depend on offset and actual tire size, but should work. You may lightly rub the sway bar or fender liner. This is all with factory offset of +27 or +31.

I would think pushing it out a hair would kill the sway bar rub, but might increase the wheel liner rub.

I would go with +20 if those are the only 2 choice. +25 is pretty much stock location.

Got the tires put on a few days ago. Tires are 275/70R18 Toyo Open Country M/T.

I also have a RC 2.5 leveling kit, with the rear blocks that came with the kit installed(some people didn't use them).

Glad to see that Plasti-dipping the inserts worked out for you. Makes me wish I would have completed mine all those months ago. Also pretty crazy to see how much taller and wider your M/Ts are compared to my same size Open Country A/Ts. Truck looks awesome, man.

Here's a quick comparison from a website that I use for tire measurements/clearances:

The first wheel/tire is stock All-Star edition 18's and stock Goodyear tires. You can play around with this to get a feel for what might fit:

whats your offset and what is the actual tire size on sidewall. I was looking at 305 65 18 or 305 60 18. Does your setup rub

My wheels are a 0 offset, tires are a 33x12.5r18. Not sure what the metric conversion is.

I get 0 rubbing, lots or room.
