Here's my new Silverado. Wasn't planning on getting a 2014 but when I found out they had cancelled Blue Topaz Metallic, I had to get one. Love this color.

As for the missing Silverado emblems on the doors of the Texas Editions, I'm the inventory manager at a Chevy dealer and this is something GM started doing mid-year on Texas Edition equipped trucks. My truck was built before they started this but every Texas Edition we have gotten in for the past 6-8 months has not had Silverado on the doors.

What kind of wheels are those? Looks good!

As stated above, stock wheels, just plasti dipped. Stuff does wonders. Also did the bow ties with it.

I'm kind of in the same boat. Really want the blue topaz but don't really want a 2014. If I can find a good deal I might jump early.

That vibration issue makes me paranoid.

Topaz was also available in 2013... You might find a good low mileage used one. Here's my '13 that I traded for my '14. (dealer made me an offer I couldn't refuse!)

Yes, those are 20x9 GMC Sierra reproductions. I bought them on eBay. I think at the time they were $749 with free shipping. They come in Black with machined face, All Black, and Chrome.

EDIT: I see that they are now $919 from the same eBay vendor that I purchased mine from.

Obviously a popular wheel... supply and demand drove price up almost $200!

That price is what made me go with a different wheel. 749 is fair but I'm seeing the actual Gmc wheels selling for 1200 around here, I'd rather get the real thing for less than 300 difference
