Pulled off the bumper tonight, removed the plastic trim piece to expose underlying metal, and test fit my new light bar. Fits perfect and looks pretty sweet IMO. Plan on doing permanent mount/wiring this weekend. Pics of bumper & test fit attached.

Looking good Moto. Fits in their nice. Now you got the off road lights in the rear and the front. Just need to figure out how to upgrade the courtesy lights under your mirrors. Then your truck will look like its being lit up with a spot light from a helicopter at night. HaHa

Actually...... I ordered a few pod lights from Vision X yesterday. :D

Plan on putting one beneath each B-pillar and wiring to side mirror puddle lights. Went ahead and ordered a few extra because I'm sure I'll come up with another lighting idea down the road. ha

Light bar is installed & wired..... BUT instead of down now it's angled up about 5 to 10 degrees! Looks like I ground down the brackets a little too much this time! You can't really tell it's off unless you really look at, but it does decrease the lights effectiveness past 30 yrds. I need a break from this project, so I'll try adjusting the brackets a third time next weekend.

Pics attached below. If my HID headlights look a little off, it's b/c the right bulb is upside-down. Need to fix that tomorrow. Also, in last pic you can see the light's so bright the iphone camera messed up... I got a faint ghost image of the light bar near the truck's bed (pink arrow). ha

Fixed light bar mount and upside-down HID bulb yesterday. Final pic below (dirty truck, dirtier weather this morning)

Do you worry about it getting dirty (ie: bugs in summer time, dirt, etc)?

Looks real good Moto. I would like something similar. Just not sure I have the mechanical aptitude or the patients you had doing this project.
