i have a late build loaner currently.. the new switch lights up with an amber indicator when the cargo lamp is on also..

That switch does need an indicator. Wish I had it. Also need to be able to use these lights while moving.... At least up to 15 mph or something

you can turn it on in a 14 at any speed.. you just have to slide it into nuteral and the light fires right on.. lol.. i love finding work arounds haha

I just wish they had put a switch in the back like the 2015 Fords will have. When I put my shell on I got a switch in the back for the led's in the roof of the shell, haven't used the switch in the cab since. Would be nice if I could connect my factory led's to the roof ones in the shell, then when I hit one switch they would all turn on. A wiring project to work on one of these days.
