How difficult was the remote bass knob?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hardest part was fishing the wire through the console due to my fat hands. Other then that is was fairly easy.

Well, that's disgusting.

I changed mine for the first time last week. Was surprised how much crap was in it. Glad I didn't breathe it in though!

Looks like you have a mouse living in the blower housing !

How often should we change these?

Manual says every 22,500 miles or 2 years. I do mine annually.

They're around $10 on amazon. I change mine every year. You can get the K&N washable filter for around $40 and just wash it every year.

I changed mine for the first time in about 2 years and it was dirty, but nothing like the poster above. I think it depends where you drive/where you park. I'm in a garage and not driving down a bunch of dusty roads. I think if I wasn't, I would be changing it annually. The filters aren't that expensive so once a year won't break the bank for cleaner air :)

I do it typically once a year. For how much driving I do it should be every 6 months lol
