Well, I debadged my truck yesterday. Like what I usually do, get some fishing line and take the letters off. Then, got the eraser wheel & took the adhesive off. Truck looks a lot better now!

 

Can't decide to color match the doorhandles and mirror caps or not? Can't decide.

I'd colour match your trailer hitch :lol:

 

But seriously, looks good. I like a blacked out truck. I'd do the mirror caps and door handles I think it'd look good.

Yeah I do too for the most part. I think I'll do the door handles and mirror caps. Trying to get new tires as for now then gonna do that lol

Truck looks great! It would also look fine with black mirror caps and door handles but not better, imo. Black and chrome go well together. I wouldn't add any more chrome but switching your current chrome to black wont enhance your stunning and classy truck!

I had the windshield replaced today because when safelite tried to fill the couple chips I had they ended up cracking the windshield. Going in tmw to have it re-tinted.

I swapped the cheap vinyl gearshift lever in my SLT for a Denali lever with the stitched leather handle. It only took 20 mins.

Wife's car, 2017 Altima SL, was totaled due to Hurricane Harvey... so I let her drive my truck to work today and I have the rental. Man I miss my truck!! :tear:

Sorry to hear about the causality! Your wife is not missing much because my wife has Altima SL and everything about from the CV to interior I can't stand.......Time for a equinox bro!

Finally took a few mins and adjusted the throttle boost up to 16 percent. Always hated the mushy response from the factory. So far I like the adjustment. Havn't towed with it yet though.

I like the color matched look, but so does everyone else. What about removing the chrome door moldings and installing some SUV handles that are black and chrome?

Yeah I like that look a lot too. I thought about doing that, taking the chrome moldings off. Didn't know how hard it would be, never took any molding off before. Whats the suv handles look like?

Yeah, it was nice at first but after about a month or so we were ready to get another car. We had been looking but decided to hang on to it for a while longer and then look for another one. This hurricane was kind of a blessing in disguise for us seeing how the car was our only loss. We just got a 2017 Accord Touring and my wife is happy. Happy wife, happy life, right?? :)
