What have you done to your K2 today?

So I assume you have the dual climate control working? If it's not too bad I may have to look into this. I wasn't too concerned about the dual climate control when I bought the new truck but my wife has mentioned that she misses not having it since the last truck had it.

I have not I'm going to at some point, I just know that everything I had before works. when I looked inside the wire I have I can see I'm missing female ends that the unit has prongs that my other didn't have. So my guess is I need a new wire with the proper ends.

I have never had a vehicle with this feature so I'm not sure how it works. Does it automatically turn on the air or heat as needed to keep the truck at a set temperature?

If it worked properly and the auto was on yes.

Crap I just realized you said "If it worked properly and the auto was on yes" in answer to my question of how this feature works as opposed to saying it worked in your truck which is what I originally thought I read.

Well, yesterday, I fixed my CB.  Found my antenna spring, finally.  Had to fix the 90º connector on the antenna mount, was not making contact inside, drop a little solder down in the hole on the cable side, got the sidewalls of the female port to make contact to the rest of it. 

 

Today, I plan on tuning the antenna, putting foam around my CB/scanner, finding a good mounting point for my mic holder, and washing it.

Got the LTZ headlights, LTZ headlight bezel trim, and painted grille ready to be prepped & painted Deep Ocean Blue.

Only another month or so before I can install.
