hope they can get it fixed and get the cars fixed up also. I have always wanted to visit there and still have plans to one day.

a moment of silence for the 8 corvettes that Mother Nature tried to claim this morning. i bet GM was NOT happy to get the call that the corvettes they loaned to the NCM got swallowed by a sinkhole.

I'm just Glad it was in the SkyDome, and Not in the Museum Delivery Area. I'd hate to get THAT call of "we're Terribly Sorry, but the Corvette you Paid $52 to 70K for, and then Paid an Extra $990 to have it Delivered at the Museum is now sitting at the Bottom of a Large Sinkhole an unrecognizable Wreck in the Museum Building."

There's a lot of things I could say to this comment.

But the main thing was that it happened in the early morning so nobody was hurt or killed, and that is what really matters. Because those corvettes can be repaired or replaced, but human lives are a bit harder to repair or replace.

I went there 2 years ago. A lot concept corvettes in the dome though. Priceless cars. Hate to see that happen but glad no one was there to get hurt.
