I didn't pay 1200.. I paid under a thousand for it installed. Gotta know where to look! Can't put a price on zero drone either.. It's kind of a big deal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So where are you looking to get the Corsa for under a thousand $$.

I went thru my local dyno shop. Pretty sure Summit Racing has them for 1039 and change. Which is a good deal for a 304ss cat back system. Reason others are cheaper is they're 400 series stainless with 304 polished tips only.

That part number is 14871. I have part number 14873. Corsa called me today and I guess they have a different muffler they want me to try out since I'm local. I'm going in on Wednesday to have it installed. Not quite sure the differences but they said it'll be even quieter on the highway.

Must be the touring muffler instead of the sport.

We shall see. I'll let y'all know when I do. It sounds like it's another design of the sport muffler tho.

Maybe it's their "loud"/racing muffler? Whatever it's called.

Please let us know when you get it. I think I'm interested in the Touring muffler. I still want it silent on the highway, but a little more grunt when accelerating.

I just had it installed earlier today. It's the identical muffler I had (sport edition) but instead of 22ga it's 18ga. Since it's thicker the sound is more crisp I've noticed but the weathers rough here today so I can't give much of a review. It is quieter on the highway tho. I'm pretty sure at the moment they only make a sport cat back system for the 14's. Touring isn't out yet.

Is it weird that I come to this thread every day and listen to your truck with headphones on?

I need to get a Corsa

Have you priced out anything in SK. So far I've only found one shop that knows they can get it. They're getting back to me with some prices though.

I want this on my truck. Just a slight rumble until you find the skinny peddle.

Nope - I left the GM family for a bit with the last vehicle. I had a tuned Altima Coupe 3.5

Did u keep the 18ga? How has it been since it got swapped. Do you like it better? I'm thinking of pulling the trigger. I'm just wondering if I buy now will I get an 18 or 22ga muffler. Based on your replay I'll call corsa and ask them. Thanks.

I like it a lot better yeah. I'm not sure if it'll come with the 18ga or 22ga in your kit tho.. best bet would be to call them up and see want they say. It's much quieter all around and no more humming sound effects from the thinner stainless. Everyone has opinions with cat back exhausts but nothing compares still to this one I've been in these trucks with Flowmaster and Magnaflow and the drone was there rather they say it is or not lol. There is a slightly noticeable change in sound in the cab when in v4 mode with the Corsa but zero drone. Anything under 55 no change what so ever and for the sound it puts out it's well worth the money.

Thanks for the info. I emailed corsa to see what gauge i would be getting if I ordered now from an online retailer. Waiting to hear back from them. I've had magnalow, flow master and they both had drone. I ended up going with a JBA exhaust on my 08', it had no drone. Unfortunately they don't make a cat back for the 14's tho.
