I have the bug now, still trying to decide what to do with the chrome on the hood + the bumpers. Badges are athracite grey + glossifier. Grill chrome is now flat black.

 

 

How did you do the badges? did you take them off the truck and spray them?

I popped the front one off because I wanted to do a different color than the black I used over the grill chrome. The rest I just plastidipped in place. Front emblem came off easy with just a small putty knife.

All Terrain grille with my original chrome surround. I added the Z71 badge to personalize it a little. Haven't ever seen another one like it. A couple other guys on here have added the badge to their AT Grilles since, but they have painted surrounds.

 

Can't let the Chevy Z71 guys have all the fun. GMC didn't have a distinct grille for the Z71, so I just showed them one way it could be done with current parts.
