Hey - Anybody hear of any updates for tomorrow (April) with regards to the new incentives? Looking to pull the trigger today but just checking if tomorrow might be better...I know the dealers don't know / won't say until then, but just trying to cover all the bases.

No news and I have been hunting. I pick mine up today also. I did get the $1000 private offer on Firday which expires today so that helped me maket he decision. All told I am $7900 off MSRP. I doubt it could be much better tomorrow. I would guess June would be the next big push as they start clearing inventory but than the chances of finding what I wanted gets lower.

the one thing that changed for this month was the double cabs have an extra $1000 rebate compared to last month, crew cabs remained the same. i work for a GMC dealer in wisconsin so rebates in other parts of the us may be different

My dealer called me today, and indicated that in Ontario, there are some minor tweaks but the programs were essentially unchanged for April.

I am just seeing 3.9% financing for 60 months and $750 truck cash on both GMC and Chevy website for Crew Cabs.

Local dealerships are showing same thing. I don't see the $7,500 cash back they had in March for truck month. Maybe I am missing something.

I saw a GMC commercial this morning that referenced over $7,000 back on an SLT. I was getting ready for work so I didn't catch if it was a crew, double or regular cab and if it was related to any specific option package. I definitely saw and heard SLT. I wish I just rewound it on my dvr and checked it right then and there. I tried to chat with GMC and they didn't have any info - after waiting for about 10 min for a chat rep to answer they basically told me to check with my dealer. Once I hear back from my dealer I will post any pertinent info.

Yeah I looked online as well and also did the "build your truck" on gmc.com and it only shows $1750 in available rebates. I hope that is wrong coming from a month with $7500 in available rebates. Once someone finds out for sure please share!

Well RAM trucks outsold the Silverado in March so I would hope GM is planning on better incentives or something!

I would relax a bit guys. The month of March ended on a Monday. They probably didn't want to kick off the new incentives on a Tuesday or mid-week. I'm pretty sure GM will be releasing some new incentives this weekend or starting next monday for April. This is typically when GM starts the clearance sales to make room for the new model year. And GM is sitting on a BUNCH of trucks right now. There will be greater incentives to be had, for sure.

Like my salesman told me when I was considering waiting... He told me new cars don't get more expensive as the model year goes on, they always get less expensive. The longer you wait, the better deal you will get, but if you are buying off the lot, you might not be able to find exactly what you are looking for if you wait too long.

Does anyone with a brain even think the recall effects any vehicle sold today?

I checked the Chevrolet website yesterday and for LTZ Crew Cab short bed, 4x4, 5.3L V8 it showed only $2750. Today for the same configuration shows $6220. I was in a panic yesterday as my truck is currently in transit to the dealer. Feel much better now.
