The key for me is using a squeegee, just like you do at the gas station on the exterior windshield. I wipe on the glass cleaner with a paper towel, and squeegee it off. Crystal clear glass.

I use vinegar as well and I must say that invisible glass thing looks sweeettt!

I started using that when I was detailing lots of vehicles. There's a lot of stress on your shoulder joints doing it by hand and the IG tool makes it a lot easier. (Especially in a truck!)

isopropyl alcohol and squeegee or microfiber cloth works for me as will any of the suggestions.

Yes. Equal amounts of white vinegar and water in a spray bottle works great.
