Hi guys

Im having 3 issues

The car vibrates at over 120kmh you can feel the whole body shaking.. and if you place a bottle of water in the cup holder you can see it shaking.. even when the car is at park you can see and feel the vibration

Secondly when putting the car in reverse or drive the gear will bang not that loud though but there is medium bang..

Thirdly when you open the hood you will see that the engine is shaking now comparing it to other cars it seems to be shaking a lot.

Please help the car only has 750 miles on it .

Ya this is the first '15 with vibrating problems. Take it to the dealer and hope it's just tires and/or rims that weren't balanced right. As for the trans, it's in learn mode and mine stopped with the hard shifting after 1-2,000 miles. As for the engine, it could be a bad engine mount or the timing might be right. Just take it to the dealer.

The tires on my 14 need to be balanced every 3 to 4 thousand miles. I already have two Michelin on it thanks to getting ran off the road by semi avoiding and idiot in an accord and they stay in balance longer. These motors do shake some because they idle low, but it's hard to tell you how much. You shouldn't feel it in the cab.

Ya I would definitely take it back and explain to the dealer ur issues and they should repair the issue. Over 120 is a balance issue and at idle is a mount issue.

I just picked up a 2015 Chev silverado extended cab, has the rally package with the 22" wheels, at 400km it started to get a vibration, gets noticeable around 60km , is really bad at 100-120km was hoping it has just lost one of the stick on wheel weights, my company truck is a 2014 , same truck but a z71 have put on 32,000 with no problems til the other day, oil pan has started leaking!

guys, lets be honest ...Did you really think that GM would acknowldge a problem and fix it ?

I promise you the 16 guys will have issues with vibrating as well .

GM had/has a major issue with their 7.0 dropping vavles and still to this day , they have done jack

Over 120 km/h vibration is reduced by a lot after reducing tire pressure from 50psi to 35psi dont know why the dealer fill up the tires to that psi in a hot country..

As for idling vibration still there and gear bang is also still there need to get it to the dealer ASAP

The door card calls for 32psi I believe, I keep my fronts at 37 and rears at 34.

As said I would get the dealer to road force balances the tires first, that will not only tell them how out of balance the tires are but also if the tire is out of spec as well. Give the transmission time to learn, it does have some adaptive shift profiles that take time to be learned.

As for gear bang its not when shifting gears but when shifting from neutral to drive and from drive to reverse
