revrnd Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 [quote name="jackedupZ71" post="1957167" and yes i hate these tires. will not stay balanced, ride horrible, and suck on gravels which i know most tires don't hold up. they were on my dmax before the fuel system crapped on me back in aug What are the tires?
grnmtnboy Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 What are the tires? Dick Cepek Mud Country I believe.

Texas Sandman Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 Installed Bushwacker flares, cleaned her up, clay barred, waxed, then installed lower bumper grill.
Texas Sandman Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 It's an APS brand, only 34.99 on Amazon. I am impressed with the quality. 1
tmo Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 Just out of curiosity, why no duramax?Isn't the duramax like a $10k option? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Big Whiskey Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 Heres my 15 Double cab work in progress. 17x8.5 Sota wheels +6 offset 35x12.5x17 General Grabber X3 Warn bumper. Leveled on stock keys but bilstein 5100s and suspension maxx UCAs and diff drop. Sharp! I think those are the best looking aftermarket 17" rims that I've seen for our trucks. I know you're running a 12.50" wide tire, but how far do they stick outside the fenders?
Patrick983 Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 Sharp! I think those are the best looking aftermarket 17" rims that I've seen for our trucks. I know you're running a 12.50" wide tire, but how far do they stick outside the fenders? Thanks. The wheels themselves are about perfectly flush. Just a few mm further than the common +18 size, but alot more room on the inside. With the 12.50 tires they sit just outside fender, 1 to 2 inches max. Ill grab a pic for you. I trimmed based on what i read on the forum but wasnt necessary after all. No rubbing at all
dasimmon Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 (edited) I took delivery 2 weeks ago: Denali HD diesel, summit white, cocoa/dune, sunroof, off road suspension, trailering mirrors. Last week, based on research on the forum here, I changed out the OEM boards to Amp steps, added an RC 2" leveling kit, changed the tires to Toyo 295/60R20 Open Country AT II's, and added black WeatherTech floor liners. I think I'm done for a while. Love the truck. Sorry for the mediocre pictures - the weather has been frigid. I will post better pictures soon - the forecast looks good.
