09 Silverado coolant odor

I am a newbie to this forum. I hope I can get some input for my issue please. I have had an 09 Silverado 5.3 for a couple years now. It has a slight coolant smell coming in the open window when I'm driving and when I stop(when hot). I have added no antifreeze, the level stays good and pressure in the reservoir. I cannot smell it in the cab when the window is closed and I can't see any leaks or coolant on the floor when I park in the garage. The truck has 50K miles. I am at a loss. Is it something I should worry about? Should I take it in to check gaskets etc? It seems to run fine?

You have to get under the truck with a light and LOOK ,

Look everywhere very carefully !!!!

Could be 10 places . Where do you want to start ,

If it's not leaking any why bring it in ?? Confusing

Pressure tester maybe required

Pressure test overnight...and know that some small leaks burn off when the car is being driven before you're able to observe them. Hopefully an overnight pressure testing will reveal them.
