I have 2 rims picked out. I do have a favorite of the 2 bit I would like feedback from yall and also maybe other option on rims. My truck is silver ice and I'm removing all chrome from the truck..

While I'm not a fan of black wheels, some of the various car maker OEM dark gray metallic painted wheels look good to me. ....I mean ... black ... what's the point? You can't see the wheel style from 50 feet.

Exactly why I don't want black rims on my truck.

Don't listen to these guys ^ black is 2015, chrome is 1965. Think about it.thinking.gif There's a reason why the chromeless, blacked out fx4's have sold so well.

Personally, all black wheels look like winter steelies. Call my 1965 by I like shine and polish.

Black wheels are like the town bicycle, everyone's gone for a ride.

You can't make blanket statements on black wheels. To me, most of the time they don't look well thought out, and simply disappear in the wheel wells. Other times, they totally make the vehicle. Do your research. Look at as many options as you can.

I'm more traditional in that I like wheels in a metallic tone, muted, and not too shiny. However, I did once own a white 1993 Saleen Mustang with blue wheels. Yes, I said blue wheels. And it looked badass!

I don't prefer chrome or black, I would rather have brushed aluminum or painted. I do like the contrasting matt black and satin black theme, similar to what's on projectsummit's wheels.

Depending on the angle you look at mine they look a different color. They're actually a tinted brushed aluminum so they sometimes look browinsh/copperish.
